  • I can’t find “_KAIA Free Wi-Fi” on my device. What should I do?

    Make sure your device’s Wi-Fi is turned on and that you are within a terminal zone, as the network may not appear in a parking area or outside the building. Move closer to the main terminal areas and try again.

     

  • Is there a time limit on the free Wi-Fi?

     Each session lasts for three hours. You can reconnect by repeating the login process once the session ends. There are no limits on the number of sessions, allowing you to stay connected for as long as needed.
     

  • The login page isn’t loading. How can I connect?

    If the login page doesn't load automatically, open any web browser on your device (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox). This will redirect you to the KAIA Free Wi-Fi login portal, where you can accept the terms and connect.

     

  • Is there a premium WiFi option?

    Currently, King Abdulaziz International Airport offers a unified complimentary network. Premium access may be introduced as part of future KAIA development projects.

     

  • Why is the Wi-Fi slow?

    During peak travel hours, more users are connected to the network, which may affect browsing speed. Our Wi-Fi adjusts bandwidth to ensure that everyone can continue messaging, browsing, and emailing without disruption.

     

  • Is it safe to use KAIA Free Wi-Fi?

    King Abdulaziz International Airport prioritizes network safety. However, as with all public networks, we recommend avoiding the use of online banking or submitting sensitive information while connected. Ensure your device has updated antivirus protection and avoid logging into accounts with personal data if possible.
