As per Article 26, Section 2 of the Economic Regulations of Airports, the managing body of each airport in Saudi Arabia shall publish a Conditions of Use document which shall outline the terms and conditions for airport users making use of airport services and facilities. Approval of the Conditions of Use was received on the 6th October 2025 from the General Authority of Civil Aviation with the document legally published on the 8th October 2025. This legally commences the 60 day notification period which ends upon implementation of these Conditions of Use on the 8th December 2025.
